Description: The White Rim Trail #424 is 3.4 miles long. It begins at Forest Road #088 and ends at Forest Trail #425. Trail can be combined with the North Long Point and Beef Basin Trails for a longer ride. This trail follows a distinct sandstone bench with views into the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park.

Trail conditions vary widely with weather events and during spring runoff. Check with the Monticello Ranger District for updated information.

Open to: Hiking, Mountain Biking, Horseback Riding, Motorcycle Riding, ATV Riding and riding Off Highway Vehicles (OHV) less than or equal to 50 inches wide.

Water: Bring your own water for day trips.

Restroom: There is no restroom available.

Directions: From Blanding, travel south on US-191 for approximately 3.9 miles. Turn right onto UT-95 and continue approximately 6.3 miles. Turn right onto South Elks Road #092 and travel approximately 19.9 miles. Turn right onto Elk Ridge Road #088 and travel approximately 18.8 miles to White Rim Trail located on your left.
