Backpacking & Hiking

Pound for pound some of the best hiking in the world. Monticello has more variety of hiking in its back yard than almost anywhere else you will find. This is because there is so much diversity here on the Colorado Plateau. We have meadows, desert, red rock, aspen forests, pine forest. We have enough back country to last two lifetimes.
